(2.) Once your payment has been processed, a questionnaire will be sent for you and your Partner to sit down, discuss, and begin the the process of select the appropriate responses to the sujeect matter , which will aide in constructing your customized Personal Agreement.

(3.) Please let me know in the email if there should be any additional information added, including specific religion guidelines, i.e., Christian, Jewish, Buddist, Muslem, etc.
